During the first week of each month, Church of God Network will be featuring a “Sermon of the Month.” Our goal is to promote new perspectives and inspiring messages from around the Church of God.

This month our feature sermon is “The Inner Man” by Gary Petty of the United Church of God, an International Association. This sermon was given on October 27, 2018.

The following brief summary of the sermon is featured on the United Church of God’s website:

In this world of constant distractions, we must take time to focus on our “inner man”. In order to do this, we need to make sure we are making opportunities to have “wilderness” moments with God as Jesus Christ did.
